Praveen is Business Consultant, Executive Coach and a Mentor. Praveen has 17 years of professional experience, starting with an initial stint in the Software Services and Products industry as a Business Analyst and Technology Evangelist, followed by an entrepreneurial venture co-founding and running an Education Services business for over 12 years. As a Director and Board Member, Praveen handled Strategic Growth, Business Modeling, Product Roadmaps, Go to Market Strategies capturing various business opportunities. Praveen also managed the strategic finance, raising capital for the company and the business expansion in the Middle East (UAE and Qatar) and in Malaysia. Praveen is also a certified Life and Leadership Coach, with a certification from Society of NLP, USA. As a NLP Trainer, Praveen was instrumental in handling several capacity building initiatives of Business Coaching and Personal Coaching.

His Areas of Expertise and Services Include Startup to Growth Strategies, Go to Market Strategies, Financial and Business Modelling, Team and Productivity Management, Process Definitions and Implementations among many others.

Dear Entrepreneur / Management Executive / CXO,
Change and Learning are the 2 essential aspects for anyone's growth, be it an individual or an organization. While it was exciting for me to run an enterprise I find a great sense of contentment byinteracting with people and helping them achieve more. This I consider as my achievement. From being a Personal Excellence Trainer, I have now graduated to be a Life Coach and a Business Coach. This is why I do what I do !

I do my best to bring out the best in people, which can also impact organizations. Today I wear multiple hats of being a Coach, an Investment Advisor, and Strategic Consultant with my 17 years of experience. As a Business Coach I not only look at changing the rules of the game but also focus on bringing a fundamental change in mindset, beliefs and values. My biggest strengthis my ability to intently LISTEN to people and drive individuals to reflect and make the right choices. I would likepeople I coach and mentorto come with accountability and ownership as the some of the strategies and ideasI bring to the table are based on my personal learning and exposure.

I am quite firmon the Action Itemsto be completed and I follow up to ensuremy Clients achieve their targets defined at the start of the assignment. While I draw up a plan, I will also coach and tutor for future so they can operate independently. I say this to all my Business Coaching clients, "I am a Board member or your business partner (with no stake) and so you need to convince me of your idea and I will bring in lots of new ideas and strategies to the table"
